Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Australia post

Direct Freight Express

TNT

ITEMS ship by Regular postage within Australia. Express postage is also available at an additional cost. This option may be selected during check out Procedure. Larger items may ship with Direct Freight or Couriers Please as deemed suitable.

Orders ship same day, or next business day once cleared funds have been received. It is our aim to get your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible with minimum fuss and maximum convenience.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship to international destinations, please contact us for an international shipping quote.

Occasionally orders may be delayed in the postal service, unfortunately this is beyond our control, However we use our best endeavors to resolve any issues should they arise. Ultimatly Blue lpg are not responsible for shipping delays and are not liable for compensation should any delay occur.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
